You can access your child's cafeteria account balance and purchase history via the web through the school's eLunchroom web portal. You will need your child's ID number and the guardian password which is the same password used to access Powerschool.

Healthy Changes in Our School Cafeterias!
Dear Bethalto School District Families,
This fall, school cafeterias are meeting tough new federal nutrition standards for school meals, ensuring that meals are healthy and well-balanced and provide students all the nutrition they need to succeed at school. Now is a great time to encourage your kids to choose school lunch!
School meals offer students milk, fruits and vegetables, proteins and grains, and they must meet strict limits on saturated fat and portion size. Starting in School Year 2012-2013, school lunches will meet additional standards requiring:
Age-appropriate calorie limits
Larger servings of vegetables and fruits
A wider variety of vegetables, including dark green and red/orange vegetables and legumes
Fat-free or 1% milk (flavored milk must be fat-free)
More whole grains
And less sodium
School meals are a great value and a huge convenience for busy families too! PreK-5th grade breakfast is $1.25, 6th-12 is $1.50. PreK-5th lunch is $2.00 and 6th-12th grade lunch is $2.25. A school meal contains an entrée with whole grain rich bread, fresh/frozen or canned fruit, a variety of vegetables, low fat (1%) white milk or skim flavored milk.
We are currently working on a food service/school nutrition website to keep you informed. To get the facts about school meals visit www.TrayTalk.org.
