This is the last chance this year to participate in the "Dine to Donate" fundraiser through Applebee's! Tomorrow, May 21st, you can eat at the Wood River Applebee's and 15% of the bill will be donated to Trimpe. A flyer will be sent home on Monday and you must either have or mention the flyer in order for Trimpe to get the donations. Please help support Trimpe and enjoy a delicious dinner at Applebee's at the same time!
There will be a meeting at 2:40 p.m. today in the gym for 6th & 7th grade boys interested in basketball.

Congratulations to the newest members of the 2013-14 CMHS Colorguard - Me'Kel McDaniel, Natalie Gould, & Jessica Cooper. They will be joining the Marching Eagles for all parades and pre-game shows at the CMHS Varsity Football games this coming season. They are joining five other CM Guard Members - we are excited to have them! Please note: A meeting will be held this coming Wednesday, May 22 from 3:30 - 4:30 in the CM Commons regarding the summer / fall rehearsal schedule, required materials, etc.

Ricky Beck was chosen as this year's MoneySmart Kid by the St. Louis Metro Development Committee. He wrote an essay answering the 2013 Question: What is the difference between an investment and an expense? What would be a good investment in your community and why? His essay was chosen as the overall winner from the following counties: Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, St. Clair (IL) and Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, Washinton, St. Louis City (MO). His idea for the investment was a community garden to benefit needy families and those who do not have the room for a garden. Country Financial will award Ricky with a $2000.00 scholarship. On April 19th Ricky will be honored at a breakfast at the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, MO. TMS is very proud of Ricky!
