EARLY REGISTRATION AT TRIMPE MIDDLE SCHOOL
Registration for the 2013-2014 school year will take place at Trimpe Middle School as follows:
Thursday, July 25th 1:00-7:00 PM
Friday, July 26th 8:00 AM -12:00 PM
Monday, July 29th 1:00-7:00 PM
All new and returning students must be registered to attend the 2013-2014 school year on one of these dates to be assured a spot in one of our Bethalto schools. Parents will also be asked to update your child’s emergency contact information. Book rental fees, birth certificates and physicals, as applicable, will also be taken on these days. Any parent or guardian who believes they may qualify for free or reduced textbooks should bring a copy of the most recent check stub for each family member who has income coming into the household. Those who receive governmental food stamp assistance should bring a letter stating this, along with a food stamp ID number. Families will not qualify for free or reduced textbooks or lunches until these forms of verification are received by school officials. Parents or guardians need to bring the following information:
Residency Requirements for ALL new and returning students:
Category 1 (One document required)
Most recent property tax bill of payment e.g., canceled check of Form 1098 (homeowners).
Mortgage papers/Contact for Deed (homeowners)
Signed and dated lease and proof of last month’s payment, e.g. canceled check or receipt (renters)
In Lieu of lease: Notarized letter or residence from landlord/property manager, (include his/her name and address) and proof of last month’s payment, e.g. canceled check or receipt.
Letter of residence to be used when the person seeking to enroll a student is living with a District resident (Additionally, District Residency Form must also be signed.)
Category 2 (One document showing proper address matching Category 1, is required)
Driver’s license
Vehicle Registration
Voter Registration
Most recent credit card bill
Current public aid card
Current homeowners/renters insurance policy and premium payment receipt
Most recent gas, electric, and/or water bill
Mail received at current residence
