Free Pre-School Screening May 29 & 30, 2013 Free Pre-school screening for children from 2 years 9 months through 4 years old. (Not for children who are kindergarten eligible). We will be filling our Pre-K classes for the 2013-2014 school year. We will screen Speech/Language, Motor Skills, General Concepts, Vision and Hearing. Requirement Of Students in Grades 6-12 To Show Proof of Tdap Vaccine for Fall 2013 The Illinois Department of Public Health has posted a document informing all parents to a change for next school year. Beginning in the Fall of 2013, all students entering, advancing, or transferring into grades 6 thru 12 will be required to show proof of receipt of one dose of Tdap vaccine, regardless of the interval since the last DTaP, DT or Td dose. A copy of the letter will be sent to all district parents. The PDF document from the Illinois Department of Public Health is also attached below. |
