NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of the Bethalto School District Number 8 in the County of Madison, State of Illinois, that the School District will hold a public hearing to comply with the Truth in Taxation Law requirements related to the Property Tax Levy for Tax Year 2025. It is estimated that the aggregate amount necessary to be levied exclusive of Bond and Interest costs, will exceed 105% of the amount of property taxes extended or estimated to be extended upon the final aggregate levy of the preceding year.
NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing on the Tax Year 2025 Levy will be held at 6:30 PM on the 18th day of December 2025 at the Bethalto CUSD #8 Central Office, 101 School Street, Bethalto, Illinois.
